Taking the first step in reaching out for help is one of the bravest things you can do, and it's wonderful that you're here. I'm here to offer a safe and judgment-free space to women who are feeling unseen, unheard, or disconnected. It is my mission to support all women navigating life and its transitions, especially those who may be making themselves small, apologizing for their needs, or struggling to live by their own values. Additionally, as a therapist certified in perinatal mental health I am passionate about working with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum life. In our work we’ll focus on relationship patterns, communication and attachment styles, and cycles that may be keeping you stuck. With patience, tenderness, and some unique metaphors, we'll aim to soothe inner critics. We’ll work to foster insight, awareness, and healing at the pace that feels right. We'll build self-compassion and a sense of internal cohesion, adding new tools as we go. Whether you've been to therapy before and are looking to continue your journey or you're brand new to the process, I look forward to helping you articulate your needs, celebrate your strengths, and stand by your side as you move in the direction of what matters most to you.
